What counts as a generation?

Each time you click "Generate All Songs (.als)" and a project file is produced, that counts as one generation. All paid plans have unlimited generations — only the free trial is limited to one lifetime generation.

What's included in the free trial?

You get full access to every feature in the app and up to 6 songs per set — but only one ALS generation for life. It's enough to experience the complete workflow before committing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current tier until the end of your billing period.

What is Sunday auto-schedule (Church)?

CueLab pulls your service plan from Planning Center, runs the full import → consolidate → match → generate pipeline automatically, and downloads the .als file to your desktop — no clicks required.

Do Ableton Templates and MC4 Configs from the store count toward any limit?

No. Store purchases are one-time and available forever in your account regardless of plan tier.
